Return & Refund Policy

At M/s Maa Homoeo Pharmacy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 to 5 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

After approval, you will be guided on how to return the item to our address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our part.

Refund Policy (5-7 Days)

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Note: We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not comply with our return policy conditions.
